We’ve covered off frequently asked questions about deliveries and shipping below. What’s most important for you to know is that we always do our best to ensure that you receive your shipment without damage and in the timeframes outlined, however sometimes issues are unavoidable.

Can my delivery be put inside my home?
We deliver via forklift for local (ACT) deliveries and tailgate truck for all interstate online tile deliveries. As such all deliveries are to the closest access point only at the specified address (which may include curb side). As such, we do not bring your delivery inside.
The suitability of drop-off location and associated permission to use that area are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once your purchase is delivered, they become the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Can you deliver my order at an exact time?
Because of the nature of deliveries, there are often unforeseen circumstances that arise that cause delays. As such, we do not give an exact time for delivery.
When your delivery is on its way you will be updated by either SMS or email with delivery tracking.
There are missing/damaged items from my order. What do I do?
Upon receiving your order, you must inspect and notify us of missing or damaged items in writing within 48 hours. For damaged items, you must include photos.
The goods and their packaging must be retained and produced for our inspection. If it is found to the reasonable satisfaction the goods were damaged or missing, we reserve the right to either replace or issue a credit for the Goods.
We will always do our best to help, but after 48 hours you will be deemed to have accepted the order in its entirety and no claims can be recognised.
